Monthly Annually

Monthly pricing is for a 30 days rolling contract. Annual pricing attracts discount on a 12 months rolling contract. Payment will need to be made in advance for a year. Additional users added will form a separate contract. Marketing, branding and website related services are available for annual contracts only with a minimum spend commitment or at an agreed price under a separate professional services engagement.

Is there a discount for annual subscriptions?

Yes, we offer a discount for annual subscriptions. When you choose to pay annually instead of monthly, you can save 20% on your subscription.

Can I change my plan later if my needs change?

Certainly! You can upgrade plans at any time to accommodate your changing needs. Downgrading or reducing the number of licenses is not allowed if in an annual contract.

Is there a refund policy?

We have a 14 days refund policy. If you're not satisfied with Lawsyst within 14 days, you can request a refund, no questions asked.

No, there's no need for installation. Lawsyst is entirely web-based, so you can access it from any modern web browser or through our mobile app.

Can I back up and export my data out of Lawsyst?

Lawsyst supports data portability. Lawsyst data is stored in a database that is held on a secure server. We make daily backups. Lawsyst documents are stored in the cloud and you will have access to them from outside the Lawsyst too (if you prefer).This gives you easy access to take your own backups of your files.

Is Lawsyst secure?

Each Lawsyst installation comes with its own unique server. We use latest encryption and access control methods to ensure that only authorised users have access to their data.

Can I cancel at any time?

Once you are in a contract, you cannot cancel your subscription until the maturity.

How often are new features added to Lawsyst?

Once in every month, we do a complete audit of our practice management system, review all of our client’s feedback, suggestions. Once we do a complete analysis of everything we go for updating our practice management system with the new features for better usability of our clients.

Can I get Lawsyst amended for my unique needs?
